You’ve heard of Buyer’s Remorse…….but, what about Sellers?

Buyers will sometimes go through the buying process flying high on emotions and when the accepted offer comes through they question if they made the right decision.

Just last week we were representing a Buyer, we found them the perfect home and we wrote an offer. The Sellers agreed to the terms and conditions, but just days later they wanted to cancel the contract. Very rarely does this happen, but when it does we need to ensure that we are doing everything to protect our Buyer through this process.

If there would’ve been one slight error made on the Purchase Contract such as a missed initial, a miss-spelled name, missing information, or if a time deadline was missed on the signing, the Sellers would have a reason to void the contract and our Buyer would’ve lost their perfect home!
